You know that without a standard there can be no improvement and if you don’t measure it you won’t understand it. In this workshop participants will use the DMAIC problem solving process to define and measure your processes and exceed customer expectations.

This workshop will help you solve these problems:

  • You don’t know when your quality is “good enough”
  • You don’t develop project charters relevant to the customer and business
  • You don’t have a baseline of your current process performance
