Workshop Description:

You’ve don’t need activity you need measurable improvement and improvement can’t be a one-time act it must be habit. In this workshop participants will use the DMAIC problem solving process to improve processes and sustain results.

• You’re not sure how to control risk when you test improvement ideas
• You’ve heard of 5-why, fishbone, cause mapping but don’t know how to use them
• You’ve suffered from backsliding and are not sure how to embed solutions
• Your improvement projects lack closure and linger and you move on to the next thing
