Workshop Description:*

You’ve don’t need activity you need measurable improvement and that comes from properly aligning countermeasures to address causes. In this workshop participants will use the DMAIC problem solving process to identify root causes and implement process improvements.

This workshop will help you solve these problems:

• You’re not sure how to select and implement the best solutions
• You’re not sure how to control risk when you test improvement ideas
• You’ve heard of 5-why, fishbone, cause mapping but don’t know how to use them
